What are the hours?
Smokie Boyz BBQ cooks for events, fairs, and catering. There is no daily dining room. Thanksgiving orders are picked up from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thanksgiving Day. Christmas orders are picked up on Christmas Eve through 5:00 PM.
What is on the menu?
The event board lists brisket, ribs, pork butt, and chicken thighs, plus brisket sandwiches, pork sliders, the Great Mistake, Texas style beans, Mac & Cheesy, creamy slaw, and bacon mac patties. Holiday pre-orders add whole brisket, pork butt, smoked turkey, bone-in ham, pans of sides, sauces, and banana pudding.
How do I order catering?
Send the catering form with the date and headcount. Thanksgiving and Christmas pre-orders use the holiday pages. After you submit, the team follows up within 24 hours by email or phone.
